Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) department
- Develop, review, and implement safety procedures and programs
- Conduct incident investigations and prepare detailed reports
- Provide safety training and awareness programs to staff
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations
- Prepare and maintain all necessary safety documentation and records
- Collaborate with teams to foster a strong safety culture
Requirements:
- Green Book Holder (Registered Safety & Health Officer)
- Advanced knowledge in Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experienced in incident reporting and safety documentation
- Strong skills in developing procedures and safety programs
- Capable of delivering effective safety training
- Leadership capability to head the HSE department
