Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Risk Management Executive (Junior) to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and managing potential risks that could impact the business operations—particularly those related to real-time transactions, player behaviors, and platform activity.
This position is ideal for candidates who are sharp, proactive, and comfortable working in a highly regulated and data-driven environment. Prior experience in industries involving real-time user engagement and digital credit systems will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze user activity and transactional patterns for unusual or suspicious behavior
- Investigate and report potential risk cases such as fraud, abuse, or exploit patterns
- Develop and implement policies to manage operational risk and prevent losses
- Work closely with Product, Compliance, and Customer Support teams to strengthen risk controls
- Maintain accurate records and reports of incidents and decisions
- Participate in continuous improvement of risk systems and workflow
- Support the business with insights and reports to guide decision-making
- Available for rotating shifts, including night shifts (with allowance)
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Open to junior-level applicants.
- Experience in risk operations, fraud analysis, or user behavior monitoring is preferred
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable working with data and basic dashboards or spreadsheets
- Good communication skills in English; multilingual is a plus
- Able to work on rotational shifts, including night hours
- Experience in fast-paced, high-traffic online platforms is advantageous
