- To train all new employees and ensure they are well-equipped with basic knowledge within probation period.
- Monitor the performance of staff and make sure all staff is following SOP in the showroom
- Work with Asst. showroom manager to manage the shift / schedule for staff in the showrooms
- To be the first point of contact for any complaints or issues arise in the showroom, report to Asst. showroom manager for further action.
- Other than stocks for sales, ensure showroom’s stationeries and other miscellaneous . Items are always stock and make necessary purchase or report before it runs out.
- Ensure all staffs’ are presentable from head to toe. Discuss with Asst. Showroom manager and Showroom manager if any staff need new uniform, etc.
- Travel to each of the showrooms from time to time whenever is necessary / on rotation basis
