- Greet customers, understand their creative needs, and help them choose appropriate art & craft materials.
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges using POS systems.
- Receive, tag, and restock inventory; maintain neat and inspiring product displays.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
- Handle cash and digital transactions accurately.
- Manage invoice creation and filing for accounting.
- Check/reply email & other office daily tasks.
- Create and schedule engaging social content (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) that aligns with seasonal promotions, crafting ideas, or workshop highlights.
- Capture store visuals and support the planning of in-store promotions or events.
- Keep the store environment clean, safe, and creative.
- Assist with workshops or in-store demos as needed.
