岗位职责:
- 建立并维护良好的客户关系
- 提供卓越的客户服务
- 与潜在客户进行战略性谈判和准备销售报价已达成销售交易
- 以有效的方式处理客户问题,咨询和投诉
- 观察及分析市场并寻找业务增长的机会
- 解答客户的问题和关注点,了解他们的需求并于适合的产品进行匹配
- 向客户推销并说服他们购买产品
- 负责销售文件等相关行政职责
