We're Hiring: Retail Manager
Herbliss (Sihaté) Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a dedicated and responsible Retail Manager to oversee the operations and performance of our Sihaté retail stores across Malaysia. This role involves managing daily operations, leading store teams, and ensuring sales targets are met for both walk-in and online channels.

What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail management or a similar role in industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective coordination with team members and internal departments.
- Analytical and results-driven, with the ability to monitor sales performance, solve operational issues, and meet revenue targets.
- Hands-on and proactive attitude, able to handle day-to-day challenges and make quick, effective decisions.
- Customer-focused mindset, committed to delivering high-quality service and maintaining a consistent customer experience in all stores.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and overall store operations efficiently.
- Willingness to travel frequently to monitor store performance and ensure consistent standards across all outlets.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage overall operations of all Sihaté retail outlets.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and benchmark.
- Supervise and support store teams across locations.
- Balance and monitor sales between in-store and online platforms.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance of staff.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and inventory control.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams on store activities.
- Provide regular reports and performance insights.
