Job Description
- Responsible to ensure stock keep
- Oversee staff scheduling, task assignments, performance monitoring, and enforcement of company policies to maintain discipline and efficiency.
- Provide and maintain high level of customer service.
- Responsible on stock counting, store standards & outlet's daily operation.
- Compiling reports and submit to management.
- Recognize sales opportunities when dealing with customers and be able maximize the sales by upsell or cross selling items.
- Other ad-hoc tasks related.
- Motivate and lead the team effectively, ensuring a productive and harmonious work environment.
Requirements:
- Required language(s): Must be proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
- On shift basis. Must be willing to work during weekends and public holidays.
- Possess own transport.
- Hardworking, discipline and punctual to work.
- 3 years of working experience in related retail management field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
