As we expand across Malaysia, we’re looking for passionate and customer-oriented Sales Ambassador to join our dynamic team in the perfume retail industry.
1. Outlet Operations
- Open and close the outlet as per SOP.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet at all times.
- Handle tools and POS items with care and responsibility.
2. Sales & Customer Service
- Recommend additional items based on customer needs.
- Confidently explain and pitch product offerings to customers.
- Provide a positive and helpful customer experience
3. Cashier Handling
- Operate POS system accurately.
- Handle payments (cash, QR) and give correct balance.
- Perform cash drawer balancing if required.
4. Daily Sales Reporting
- Submit sales report and key feedback in WhatsApp group daily.
- Highlight best-selling items and noteworthy customer insights.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Proven experience as a promoter, retail associate, or sales ambassador.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Confident, approachable, and comfortable engaging with a wide range of customers.
- Genuine passion for fragrances and beauty products.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
- Creative, energetic, and highly performance-driven with a proactive mindset.
