Job Summary: The Retail Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively. The role includes managing staff, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the retail store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for replenishments.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Analyze sales reports and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Train, mentor, and develop store staff to improve performance.
- Implement company policies, procedures, and standards within the store.
- Monitor competitor activity and report on trends.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
