- Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Provide knowledgeable advice on pet and veterinary products
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintain store cleanliness, presentation, and merchandising standards
- Receive, unpack, and stock deliveries
- Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and KPIs
- Stay informed about new products and promotions
