Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team. You'll be responsible for ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer by providing excellent service, maintaining a well-organized store, and handling daily operations. The ideal candidate is energetic, a strong communicator, and passionate about helping people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about products and services to help customers make purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring shelves are stocked and the sales floor is clean and tidy.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and maintain a high level of store performance.
- Uphold all company policies and procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
