About your role
As part of our Retail Admin team at Zeekr, your main responsibility is to support daily sales and operations by ensuring accurate handling of vehicle inventory, documentation, and delivery processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently. If you are proactive, meticulous, and enjoy supporting a fast-paced automotive retail environment, this role offers you the opportunity to contribute directly to a premium EV customer experience.
What you’ll be doing
- Maintain and update accurate records of all EV stock details, inventory lists, and vehicle movements in the system.
- Coordinate and prepare documentation for vehicle registration, road tax, and insurance applications.
- Handle and safeguard all incoming vehicle keys, charging cards, and related documents with accountability.
- Monitor and track delivery schedules, ensuring timely handover preparation for customers.
- Prepare and manage stock check reports, ensuring data accuracy and proper reporting to Management.
- Provide administrative support to Sales and Operations teams, including preparing vehicles and keys for test drives or customer viewing.
- Maintain and update central filing systems, archive documents, and ensure compliance with company standards for document storage.
- Support implementation of standardized retail processes for New Car EV sales and aftersales operations.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies, manufacturer guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of working experience in related field or equivalent is required for this position.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry will be an advantage.
- Punctual, result driven & good working attitude.
- Candidates fluent in English and Malay or others dialect is an added advantage.
