- A Master's in Science or Engineering (Reproductive Biology, Embryology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences) recognised by the Government from any local institutions of higher learning or equivalent qualification; OR
- A Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Science or Engineering (Reproductive Biology, Embryology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences) recognised by the Government from any local institutions of higher learning or equivalent qualification.
- Having research experience in IVF and ART in an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of oocyte retrieval, embryo culture, cryopreservation, ICSI, PGT, and related ART techniques.
- Familiarity with laboratory protocols, quality control, and regulatory standards in assisted reproduction.
- Proficiency in data analysis, scientific writing, and research methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Able to converse and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Have high level of motivation, self-discipline, pleasant personality and good interpersonal skill
- Able to work in a team, multitask, flexible, committed and dedicated to work
- Open minded and positive attitude
- Possess high degree of integrity

Applicants should be a Malaysian citizen.
All Candidates Must Have Obtained
- Credit (at least C) for Bahasa Melayu and English (including oral examination) in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.

At least IELTS Band 6/ Band 4 in Malaysian University English Test (MUET).

- Conduct research on IVF and ART techniques, protocols and advancement.
- Collaborate with fertility specialists, embryologist and researchers to enhance treatment methodologies.
- Design and implement studies to improve success rates and efficiency in ART procedures.
- Analyse clinical and laboratory data to contribute to evidence-based practices.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and scientific advancements in reproductive medicine.
- Prepare research reports, scientific papers and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements in ART research.
