What you need to do:
- Assist the product team in managing daily administrative tasks
- Assist in the accurate and timely data input in different systems
- Organise and maintain product documentation, ensuring all files, reports, and guidelines are up to date
- Facilitate the extraction and aggregation of relevant product data from various systems for reporting purposes
- Support the generation and ongoing updates of all product codes
- Assist in the preparation, processing and verification of purchase orders (POs), credit notes (CN), and documentation for incoming shipments
- Assist in managing and tracking non-trade inventory
What you need to be/have:
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, etc
- Must be highly responsive on communication platforms
- Address and prioritise requests from internal stakeholders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,200.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
