- Responsible for product registration of cosmetic and personal care by NPRA
- HALAL application through JAIS/JAKIM
- Prepare documentations for GMP, HALAL and ISO 9001 audit
- Maintained departmental quality documents (standard operation procedure, working instructions, etc) to ensure comply with regulations set by GMP, HALAL and recognition set by ISO certification.
- Responsible for internal audit on daily production and QA of raw materials in process and finished products aligning with GMP and JAKIM requirements.
- Ensure all company policies, procedures, and work instructions are documented in a clear, simple, and concise manner.
- Trademark registration under MYIPO
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry/Applied Science/Halal Management.
- At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field.
- Possess Halal Executive certificate issued by recognized Halal Training Provider by HPB (Halal Professional Board) and JAKIM.
- Well-versed in Quality Management System (ISO 9001), Good Manufacturing Practice Skills, HACCP, HALAL, NPRA & etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent written, proficient and interpersonal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
