Position : Regional Sales Support Specialist
Salary Range : up to RM 7,000
Location : Bangsar South, KL
Working Hours : Monday – Friday
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Sales leadership, including travel arrangements, presentation creation, background market research, and submission of marketing support and IT requests.
- Monitor the Sales inbox, report issues to relevant team members, and assist with reimbursement requests and payment reconciliation for event expenses.
- Support sales leadership in organizing and facilitating online and offline meetings, training sessions, and engagements with the field.
- Coordinate sales training, webinars, and events, including scheduling meetings, sending invites, arranging guest speakers, managing webinar recordings and playlists, and overseeing event logistics such as registration and transportation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; experience in the direct selling industry is an added advantage.
- Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a multinational team environment.
- Comfortable adapting to time-sensitive demands, shifting priorities, and ambiguity.
- Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
