Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented R&D Executive (Cosmetics & Skincare) to join our team. This role will focus on cosmetic and skincare product research, formulation, and registration. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in beauty trends, product innovation, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development (R&D) for skincare and cosmetic products.
- Formulate, prepare, and test product samples according to project requirements.
- Ensure all formulations comply with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (NPRA, NOT).
- Prepare technical documentation and support product registration processes.
- Research new raw materials, active ingredients, and industry trends for innovative product ideas.
- Collaborate with marketing, production, and quality control teams for product launches.
- Perform product stability and efficacy testing.
- Maintain accurate R&D records and reports.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Experience in cosmetic/skincare R&D is an advantage.
- Knowledge of cosmetic regulatory requirements in Malaysia (NOT, NPRA) is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Passion for beauty trends and product innovation.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours
[Monday- Friday : 8.30pm-5:30pm]
[Saturday : 8:30am-12:30pm]
