- Participate in our structured training program (theory & practical)
- Assist in classes and gradually progress to teaching your own sessions
- Support studio operations and create a welcoming environment for members
- Maintain a high standard of customer service
- Work collaboratively with our team to uphold LAVA’s exceptional service standards in Malaysia
- Collaborate with the studio team to support events, community initiatives, and member engagement
Job Requirement
- resh graduates welcome — no prior certification or experience required
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to full-time work
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends
