Key Responsibilities
- Research and compile travel components such as hotel accommodations, meals, transportation, guides, and other services based on sales team requests.
- Prepare competitive quotations for clients in the Japan and Southeast Asia markets.
- Collaborate with the Japan and Southeast Asia sales teams to understand client requirements and develop suitable travel solutions.
- Respond professionally and promptly to inquiries related to travel arrangements and tour services.
- Serve as the main contact point for tour-related sales inquiries, ensuring timely and courteous communication.
- Assist with additional tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Japanese language proficiency (minimum JLPT N3 or N4), especially in reading and writing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate availability or short notice period is an advantage.
