Job Description
- Prepare and submit main contractors interim claims for verification and issue of the certificate of payment
- Initiate verification and check progress claim and variation orders submitted by sub-contractor and suppliers to ensure payment are in order and according to the terms of the sub-contract and supply contract
- Evaluate and verify the need for any variation works
- Responsible for the sub-contract works and calling quotations before submitting for approval
- To prepare contractual claims, budget and extension of time for the project
- Provide assistance to update department operation and ISO procedure
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management/ or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of construction project management.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
