Position : QA Executive
Reporting To : Factory Quality Manager
ROLE AND FUNCTIONS
To plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of products to ensure product quality. Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues. Collect and compile statistical quality data.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· To manage AGM quality related issues within the manufacturing team which shall covers for Hydraulic, Industrial and PVC section.
· Decision making on immediate evaluation, segregation and eventual rework of Internal defects for AGM - Hydraulic, Industrial and PVC section.
· Immediate support on Gemba in case of Production and Quality issues.
· Conduct and reporting on Problem Solving Activity: 4W1H, Ishikawa diagram, 5WHYs, Root cause analysis, Evaluation of countermeasures for relevant solution to resolve the problems/complaints.
· To manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) internal/ external/ supplier defects in order to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process or system.
· Participate in the development and refinement of Design and Process FMEA’s (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
· To coordinate group QC inspector team to ensure internal understand on the product requirement
· Drive Quality improvement plan.
· Coordinating, planning and reporting all the Industrialization and testing activities of new products – following directions coming from the Head Quarter.
· Conduct periodic process line audits and participate in customer or supplier audits for compliance
· Assist QMS Exec. on periodical Internal and External auditing preparation, following ISO 9001:2015.
· To perform any other type of tasks as required allocated by a superior
