To manage and analyse quality inspection work such as incoming inspection, in-process inspection and final inspection.
To prepare quality report (rejection, non-conforming report, complaints) on products or parts to supplier.
To assist Design Section to conduct inspection, research and development on new developed parts and products.
To confirm and execute inspection flow.
To plan and coordinate matters related to on-site inspection.
To prepare and issue inspection report with quality control documents such as test certificate, mill certificate to customer.
To plan, manage and update the control of inspection equipment (jigs and tools for inspection).
To draft and prepare inspection procedure.
To provide education/ training to quality inspectors.
To assist other section in Engineering Department on daily operation and work.
To assist Design Section to prepare technical, products and parts drawings.
To assist in the recording, compiling and follow-up of products quality issue and parts supplier complaints.
To assist in the revision and amendment of instruction manuals to further enhance the efficiency and improve the parts machining quality.
To conduct maintenance of machines/ facilities.
To conduct site service and maintenance at customer premises

Requirements:

Must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in industrial engineering or similar field.
At least 3 years of experience in quality inspection or quality control role, preferably in manufacturing industry.
Possess analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret quality data and implement corrective action.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Willing travel to outstation for site service

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
