Job Vacancy: QAQC Coordinator (High Rise Construction)
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Industry: High Rise Building Construction
Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and monitor quality assurance and quality control activities for high-rise building projects.
- Ensure construction works comply with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC reports, inspection checklists, and documentation.
- Conduct site inspections, material checks, and testing to verify quality compliance.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on all QA/QC matters.
- Support project team to achieve timely completion with quality workmanship.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of working experience as QAQC Coordinator in high rise building projects.
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, ISO, and QA/QC procedures.
- Good communication and reporting skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
