- Overseeing and supervise staff and all activities of the purchasing
- Dealing and communicate with supplier and sub-contractor
- Response, evaluate and verify to the requester
- Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services and supplies
- Prepare Purchase Order and send copies to supplier
- Determine when product are unusable or damaged
- Handle deliveries with short or over-ordered, goods not received or damaged products
- Managing inventory and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records and comply with company policy
- Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement cost
- Maintaining and updating supplier information
- Track delivery time and report any issues with product delivery
- Verify purchased item with Work order
- Update stock in and out in the system
- Ensure the stock out item to the correct Work Order
- Determine if inventory quantities are insufficient. Make appropriate adjustments to orders as needed
- To assist BQ price for tender submission
