POSITION - PURCHASING CLERK
SALARY - RM 2000
Responsibilities:
· Provides administrative and clerical support to the department.
· Prepare reports, PO’s, memoranda, RFIQ, DO’s, GRN and any documents related to purchasing.
· Vendors registrations and collects prices, specifications, and other data related to goods and services.
· Establishes and maintains record keeping system for purchasing department.
· Follow up on delivering status.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
· Ability to learn purchasing procedures and policies.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Ability to handle SAP system would be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
