Key responsibilities of this job:
1. Assist the HOD in identifying, assessing, evaluating, and managing compliance risks within the Company, ensuring that risks are proactively mitigated.
2. Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of strategies, policies and procedures to prevent bribery and corruption within the company.
3. Coordinate and support compliance awareness and training programs to promote a strong culture of compliance and ethical conduct.
4. Promote and maintain the Company's commitment to high standards of governance, ethics, and integrity.
5. Assist in keeping and maintaining accurate records of compliance activities.
6. Assist with the compliance gap analysis and review programs.
7. Assist in reviewing the Company's Policies and Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) as the initial reviewer.
Qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management/ Accountancy/ Finance/ Business Management or any related field.
Minimum years of experience required to perform this job:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- This role also open to candidates with up to 2 years of working experience, preferably in Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance or Integrity related field.
Required functional competencies:
1. Basic understanding of Enterprise Risk Management, internal controls and /or regulatory compliance frameworks.
2. Familiarity with ISO standards is an added advantage.
3. Proficiency in MS Office i.e., MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
