Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising and coordinating site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Ensure all workers and subcontractors adhere to health and safety guidelines.
- Participate in site inspections, audits, and reporting.
- Help in maintaining site documentation such as daily reports, site diaries, and material records.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams for timely delivery and execution of tasks.
- Support the preparation of reports on labor, materials, and work progress.
- Attend site and project meetings as required.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor in line with project needs.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or related field.
- Recently graduated or with minimal site experience (for Protege entry).
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a project environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and safety practices is an advantage.
