Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Dashboard Management: Perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel, maintaining and updating dashboards to monitor program performance and progress.
- Stakeholder Communication: Engage effectively with external stakeholders through clear and professional communication, particularly for following up on Alternative Funding (AF) submissions and related matters.
- Report Writing & Content Summarization: Demonstrate strong writing skills by generating concise summaries and reports based on product dossiers, supporting the development of clinical materials.
- Project Monitoring & Reporting: Track the status of multiple ongoing projects and programs, providing timely updates and status reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Event & Meeting Coordination: Assist in the planning and facilitation of departmental events and meetings, ensuring smooth execution and proper documentation.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in science stream.
- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a team setting.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Malaysian citizens only.
