Job Responsibilities:

Assist to prepare AutoCAD details drawing & construction plans.
Assist and manage execution of store renovation activities and to ensure on time project delivery.
Liaise with the mall management, landlord, contractor, supplier on the assigned projects.
Liaise with Regional buying exercise & inventory.
Liaise with Regional buying exercise & inventory – Lighting & Fixtures.
Prepare CapEx & other related admin works .

Job Requirements:

Candidate must posses min Bachelor's Degree in ID / Architecture / Project Management or equivalent.
At least 4 years of working experience in the related field (Preferably in retail industry).
Skillful in AutoCAD / Sketch-up / 3D. Familiar in Microsoft Word, Power Point & Excel / Report Format.
Familiar with Tender process, Contract Management and Construction Scheme.
Able to work independently and drive results.
Good inter-personal, co-ordination and managements skills.
