Job Responsibilities:
- Assist to prepare AutoCAD details drawing & construction plans.
- Assist and manage execution of store renovation activities and to ensure on time project delivery.
- Liaise with the mall management, landlord, contractor, supplier on the assigned projects.
- Liaise with Regional buying exercise & inventory.
- Liaise with Regional buying exercise & inventory – Lighting & Fixtures.
- Prepare CapEx & other related admin works .
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must posses min Bachelor's Degree in ID / Architecture / Project Management or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of working experience in the related field (Preferably in retail industry).
- Skillful in AutoCAD / Sketch-up / 3D. Familiar in Microsoft Word, Power Point & Excel / Report Format.
- Familiar with Tender process, Contract Management and Construction Scheme.
- Able to work independently and drive results.
- Good inter-personal, co-ordination and managements skills.
