JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, based on contract cost and delivery timelines.
- Create S-curves, Manpower histograms and Progress measurement systems for submission to clients.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive Project Control Planning Packages (PCPP) in line with project requirements.
- Monitor and track planned versus actual site progress using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
- Identify, analyze, and report potential schedule delays and critical path activities; provide timely alerts to Project Managers and relevant teams.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to collect progress updates and ensure alignment with the overall project timeline.
- Support the planning and execution of EPCC and Turnaround activities from engineering through to commissioning.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
- Proven experience in project planning, particularly in Turnaround and EPCC projects.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Solid understanding of project control methodologies, earned value management, and resource planning.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
