Key responsibilities:
We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Project Manager to lead new outlet openings from start to finish. This includes managing planning, budgeting, design, construction, and communication with all stakeholders. The goal is to deliver high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective openings that meet our brand standards and support business growth.
Project Management Responsibilities – Food & Beverage Industry
Project Planning
•Lead and manage comprehensive project planning for F&B outlets or production facilities, including scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk analysis.
•Collaborate with operations, design, and costing teams to ensure alignment between brand standards and project timelines.
•Identify potential risks related to F&B operations (e.g. food safety compliance, equipment lead time, layout efficiency) and propose mitigation strategies early in the planning process.
•Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain required licenses, health permits, and compliance documentation prior to project kick-off.
Project Implementation
•Oversee end-to-end execution of F&B projects (e.g. new outlet openings, kitchen fit-outs, refurbishments) ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
•Manage site activities, ensuring contractors and consultants adhere to F&B-specific standards including hygiene protocols, kitchen workflow, and safety regulations.
•Implement project monitoring tools to track progress, cost control, quality checks, and compliance with industry-specific requirements (e.g. HACCP, ISO).
•Work closely with chefs, kitchen designers, M&E consultants, and operations teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth execution.
General Project Management Duties
•Collaborate with senior management, operations and regulatory bodies to ensure successful project delivery.
•Ensure full adherence to internal SOPs and F&B-specific safety and hygiene regulations, including Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
•Provide clear and timely reporting to management on project milestones, risk factors, and corrective actions, with special attention to operational readiness.
Job Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or any related field.
•5+ years of experience in real estate project management or site development will be an advantage.
•Strong understanding of real estate regulations and permitting.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
•Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•PMP certification or equivalent (preferred but not required).
