Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish.
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and objectives.
- Prepare event proposals, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and venues.
- Manage logistics – catering, décor, AV equipment, transport, accommodation.
- Supervise on-site event operations and handle any arising issues.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Creativity and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office / event management tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Event Management or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Mandarin speaker is advantage

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
