As part of the Gas Power One Field Services team, FieldCore installs, maintains and upgrades power generation equipment, enabling operators of the world’s energy infrastructure to provide more reliable and affordable energy.
Job Summary:
- Maintain and purchase all necessary materials and supplies t to support facility operations and equipment
- Verify and manage all vendor invoices
- Reconcile and manage all financial cost transfers for every facility user
- Maintain and reconcile all BTA account cost submissions by working with the finance team to ensure prompt payments
- Manage support requests
- Work with Service Managers to meet expectations on job assignments, training, PPE and other tasks as needed
- Support other functions as needed and review and approve timesheets and expenses if needed
- Create and maintain billing tracking spreadsheets
- Prepare reports for managers
- You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management from an accredited university or college
- Minimum experience operations, project management, or product management experience including quality, technical, administrative, financial and contractual
- English proficiency required
- Strong project planning and organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Critical thinking ability
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and be very results-oriented
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment (being remote-managed, and capable of remote managing indirect reports)
