Enable fulfilment of operations deliverables and ensure those deliverables are in line with budget, schedule and quality assurance based on global standard operating procedures within area of responsibility. Close and effective collaboration across multiple functions that work together on project execution and deliverables to deliver on project/client commitments.
Job Purpose
The project management role is responsible for managing all aspects of project activities from costing, set-up, execution, data quality to end deliverables. Ensuring that projects are completed within established budgets, parameters, schedule and quality standards. Proactive approach to addressing potential operational risks with mitigation plan in place to ensure we deliver on all our project commitments and drive high client satisfaction. Commercial understanding and driving high customer service standards are key as this role works in close collaboration with commercial partners and even the end client.
Responsibilities
- Client & Quotation Management: Understand client objectives and research needs. Prepare accurate costings and manage updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Setup: Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure all materials, timelines, and specifications are aligned for smooth project execution.
- Execution & Monitoring: Oversee fieldwork progress, track quotas, and ensure timely, high-quality data collection. Address queries from stakeholders.
- Closure & Reporting: Summarize key findings in final progress reports, manage vendor payments, and ensure proper closure of all materials and records.
- Quality Assurance: Implement QA checks, analyze data fluctuations, and resolve any field-related issues proactively to uphold research integrity.

Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 1+ years’ Market Research experience, preferably in Operations.
- English and Chinese language skills, both written and verbal, are preferred.
- Extensive project management experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities following strict time schedules.
- Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office and communication tools.
- Ability to understand ethical & integrity values and takes responsibility for own actions.
- Ability to maintain performance under pressure and accepts accountability for own actions and performance.
- Ability to cooperate well with others within and across departments to get the work done.
