Regional Market Research & Insights – Project Analyst (Contractor)
Location: Petaling Jaya | Contract Tenure: 6 months
Bonus: 1-month bonus upon completing 12 months with the company
Parking Reimbursement: RM100/month | Ride Reimbursement: RM250/month
We’re looking for a Project Analyst to join our Regional Market Research & Insights team. If you have a sharp eye for data, strong project management skills, and a passion for research, this could be a great fit.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- At least 1 year of experience in project management
- Advanced working experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheet and Google Slides
- Good oral & written communication skills in English
- Preferably has worked for a Research agency
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with day-to-day project execution
- Questionnaire development: drafting and scripting questionnaires, mastering survey design tools (e.g. Alchemer)
- Report development: producing data tables, coding open-ended questions, charting
- Monitor project progress and achievement
- Provide operational support on tracking studies
- Work with and manage 3rd party research agencies
- Collaborate with stakeholders from various functions to support their research needs
