Key Responsibilities

Lead program activities and act as the main liaison between the company and customers.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure program success.
Plan, monitor, and track project milestones, production schedules, shipment commitments, and revenue targets.
Handle customer issues promptly, implement corrective actions, and ensure timely closure.
Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for internal management and customers.
Maintain and update program databases, including PO management.
Support ECO (Engineering Change Order) and ECN (Engineering Change Notice) processes.

equirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in program management or administration, preferably in EMS / manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of program lifecycle management and customer relationship handling.
Experience in ECO/ECN management is an advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
