Machine Set-up
· In charge of setting up the Production line for the next production run.
· In charge of the CNS of the machine in accordance to GMP guidelines.
· Work with the Engineering team to set up a daily check list for the machines.
· Work with Machine Supplier and the Engineering team to establish the machine SOP.
· Able to employ SMED (internal and external activities) and optimize quick change-overs.
Productivity
· Run the line with minimum down time, on time and correct per finite plan.
· Establish cycle time for various products.
· Ensure line output and efficiency.
· Conduct line balancing study with Production Manager and establish operator requirements.
Record Keeping
· Record machine outputs and line efficiencies.
· Maintain a detailed skill matrix of line operators.
· Complete BMR and RM reconciliation record after a production run.
· Raise accurate and correct docket for FGs.
· Maintain comprehensive records of auditable GMP required paperwork.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,950.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
