- Supervise, lead, and motivate production team members to achieve daily output and quality targets.
- Plan and coordinate production schedules, manpower allocation, and resources to ensure smooth operations.
- Track production flow and proactively address issues to reduce delays and maintain continuous operations.
- Enforce workplace safety, compliance with SOPs, and company policies.
- Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations for production staff.
- Collaborate with quality, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve production efficiency and product quality.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly production reports to management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a production supervisor or team leader role in manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Familiarity with production planning and scheduling software - ERP, and Microsoft Excel

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
