What you'll be doing
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team to meet production targets and quality standards
- Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain high levels of safety and quality
- Identify and implement process improvements and solve problems to enhance productivity and performance
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, quality control measures, and occupational health and safety regulations
- Provide on-the-job training and coaching to production team members to develop their skills and capabilities
- Communicate with management, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders to coordinate production activities and address any issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production data, performance metrics, and inventory levels
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in garment/ fashion production supervisory or team leader role in a manufacturing environment
- Thorough understanding of production processes, quality control procedures, and safety practices
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills to identify and address production challenges
- Good organizational, time management, ability to work under pressure
- Ability to communicate in Malay, English and Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing) to ensure effective communication across teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
