1. Supervise the worker’s safety and production
a. Ensure workers have to comply to the safety and PE given to them
b. Ensure workers have to follow instruction now and then
2. Ensure incoming raw material comply to our requirements. Check COA, Brand, packaging in good condition, label with expire date and lot number, product not harden and clean
3. In process check ensure the worker
a. used the right raw material,
b. add in the right quantity
c. add the raw material in sequence
d. Stir or mix the right timing
e. Perform sample testing. (During the absence of chemist)
4. Outgoing
a. End product are tested before pack (Done by chemist. You need to do it during absence of chemist)
b. Ensure label with product name, expire date and lot number (Chemist will also do the random check)
c. Ensure store at the right area
5. Delivery (The chemist will also do the random check)
a. Ensure Do and delivered are the same product with proper packing on pallet with wrap
b. Ensure goods are not damage when load to the lorry
c. Ensure the Qty are right when load to the lorry
d. Ensure to attach COA for every delivery DO
6. Machine and equipment such as weight scale, liquid tank, powder mixing tank and so on
a. Ensure machines are properly maintaining and factory is well kept and clean
b. Ensure they are calibrated according to ISO standard requirement
c. Ensure all tank is wash cleaned after use
d. Ensure all tanks and equipment are inspected every now and then base on the planning and according to the ISO standard requirements
7. Recording. Records all the document as stated and required
a. Prepare daily and monthly production report
b. Ensure all production records are well maintained base on ISO requirements
c. Stock inventory balance raw material and end product
d. Raw material usage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
