Job Responsibilities:
1. Daily carry out production activities, ensuring quality and quantity, and completing production tasks safely on schedule.
2. Responsible on 5S housekeeping practices according to standards set.
3. Organize and implement the production plan issued by the workshop and fully complete the production tasks.
4. Oversee safe and proper use equipment and schedule maintenance
5. Responsible on worker daily work schedule and the quality of work.
6. Responsible on the implementation of process discipline of the team.
7. Cooperate with Factory Manager to carry out production task with good quality work.
8. Solve the problems of the production line in time, and report the major problems in time.
9. Perform daily statistical work, complete related work reports, and analyze the report data.
10. Responsible to take lead on stock count and equipment controlling.
11. To adhere to the company's Code of Conduct, regulations, and standard operating
procedures.
Requirements:
1. Minimum SPM and has 2-5 years’ experience in manufacturing field.
2. Able to work within tight timeline.
3. May need to work at site if needed.
4. Ability to communicate & interact with all levels of personnel.
