Job Description
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The Production Operator performs routine and standardized tasks involving operating machinery, handling materials, assembling components. This will be a Fixed Term Contract role.
SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- DETECTOR
o Perform assembly for HICO (after glow, visual inspection, grinding, gluing, pack, filling, unpack, painting, checking, spray, cleaning leg, testing).
o Perform assembly for DAC (assemble, soldering, inspection, packing).
o Perform assembly for all DZ model (assemble, cutting manual, painting).
o Perform assembly for all LM model (silicon, nitrogen, inspection, packing).
o Preparing and mixing chemical for detector production use.
o Perform IPA washing for incoming PCB (washing PCBA, CO2 cleaning, chamber test).
o Maintain cleanliness and compliance with safety and quality protocols.
o Participate in continuous improvement activities related to production efficiency and quality.
o Other duties as required.

Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education: · SPM or equivalent.
Experience: · Fresh / minimum 1 year experience in a similar role in an engineering / manufacturing or related industry preferred.
Knowledge/Skills: · Minimal prior experience in the role; training will be provided. · Grasps general concepts of the position, with exposure to some detailed aspects. · Basic competency with opportunities to build expertise through experience.
