Responsibilities:
- Monitor delivery performance.
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries with warehouse, including transport arrangement.
- Liaise with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC) and warehouse to track all customer rejections and follow-up to ensure prompt replacement.
- Assist customer service to prepare shipping documents, including Delivery Orders (DO), invoice, packing list and other necessary documents.
- To manage confidential documents, record and maintain good filing systems for easy data retrieval.
- Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping of goods.
- Brief, train, coach and motivate subordinates’ daily targets.
- Ensure inventory integrity, such as, transaction, disposition, maintenance, traceability and security are intact.
- Support in day-to-day store operation activities, such as, receiving, storage, picking, kitting, issuing and shipment when required.
- Ensure goods are pick and release on time to shop floor and shipped on time to customer in order to fulfill customer requested delivery dates and inventory requirement.
- Ensure the warehouse strictly adheres to the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) system for inventory management to minimize product expiration and waste.
- Ensure accurate stock quantity between the system and actual at the floor.
- Upkeep ancillaries and machine, such as, pallet jack, forklift and reach truck in good condition.
- Comply to safety rules and regulation and make sure subordinates comply when discharging their duty.
- Attend to store day-to-day issues and follow up until it is close.
- Identify opportunity for improvement, develop and enhance warehouse policies and processes to optimize warehouse capacity and to minimize costs.
- Other special assignments and ad-hoc related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma in Business Studies/Logistics or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the relevant field is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Multilinguistic Capability is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Autocount System will be added advantage.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, dedicated and responsible.
