Pharmaceutical Procurement
- Source, evaluate, and purchase pharmaceutical products, medical supplies, and healthcare equipment.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, tender procedures, and procurement policies.
Vendor Management
- Identify, qualify, and liaise with suppliers to ensure product availability and quality.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to quality or delivery.
Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy and stores team to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Implement inventory tracking systems to maintain accurate stock records.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure that all procured items meet regulatory and quality standards (e.g., GMP, GDP).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and international pharmaceutical regulations.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain proper documentation for all procurement activities, including purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Prepare periodic reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and stock usage.
Budget & Cost Management
- Work within budget constraints to maximize value and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements..
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma OR Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in procurement or supply chain is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and suppliers.
- Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
