Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with procurement and supply chain teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Analyze cost structures, vendor pricing, and contract terms to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Support the preparation and management of procurement budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor procurement spend and ensure alignment with financial plans.
- Perform variance analysis between actual procurement spend and budget.
- Prepare financial reports on procurement activities, including KPIs and dashboards.
- Review and approve purchase orders from a financial compliance standpoint.
- Assist in supplier negotiations by providing cost analysis and pricing models.
- Ensure procurement financial controls are adhered to, and support internal/external audits.
- Collaborate with AP and finance teams to reconcile procurement-related accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in finance, procurement, or a related analytical role.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and financial principles.
- Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa).
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
