Job Scope
- Plan and deliver music lessons aligned with the school curriculum and learning objectives.
- Teach vocal, instrumental, and music theory to primary students.
- Encourage creativity through composition, performance, and music appreciation activities.
- Organize and lead school concerts, recitals, and other music events.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom management and a positive, stimulating learning environment.
- Integrate technology and multimedia resources into music teaching where appropriate.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular music projects.
Requirement
- IGCSE background.
- Teaching experience in an international school.
- Teaching certification or equivalent qualifications preferred.
- Experience teaching music at the primary school level is an advantage.
- Proficiency in at least one musical instrument and/or vocal training.
- Strong knowledge of music theory, history, and performance techniques.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
