Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience working with young children (aged 1 - 6 years old) and creating a nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities:
- Implement lesson plans that meet the educational, physical, and social needs of each child
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
- Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in interactive learning
- Monitor and assess student progress to provide ongoing feedback to parents
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and enriching school culture
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and development
Skills:
- at least 1 year experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Strong classroom management skills
- Familiarity with Montessori or other progressive teaching methodologies
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
- Understanding of child welfare and development
- Experience in private school or special education settings is a plus
