What You'll Do
- Become a Trusted Advisor: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, taking the time to understand their unique business challenges.
- Design & Present Solutions: Work with our Sales and System Support teams to analyze customer needs and propose customized, winning IT solutions.
- Showcase Our Products: Conduct engaging solution demonstrations to highlight the value and functionality of our offerings.
- Manage the Process: Prepare and review proposals, create detailed technical documentation, and manage multiple customer accounts.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously learn about new IT trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
- Collaborate & Improve: Work closely with internal and external teams to continuously improve the quality of our solution proposals.
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in pre-sales or a technical role within the IT industry.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and POS systems.
- Previous experience in systems engineering, technical consulting, or knowledge of SQL is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to anyone.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Independent, self-motivated, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Malay.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
