About the Role
We are seeking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Consultant to support our Client growing sales team in delivering tailored technology solutions to their clients across the financial, telecom, and enterprise sectors. This role bridges technical expertise and business needs, providing strategic support throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales technical support and product expertise to the sales team, ensuring alignment between customer needs and solution offerings.
- Develop compelling sales presentations, product demos, and solution prototypes to showcase value and feasibility to clients and stakeholders.
- Support the sales team during client meetings by addressing technical queries, clarifying product capabilities, and articulating business value.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design tailored solutions based on client requirements.
- Assist in creating reusable proposal templates, presentations, and sales tools to ensure efficient pre-sales operations.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of departmental strategy and process improvements.
- Address customer concerns post-presentation and support technical clarifications during the sales process.
- Analyze complex client needs and work collaboratively to create impactful, scalable solutions.
- Provide insights to senior leadership and help influence product development and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or related technical role.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities to assess client needs and propose impactful solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decision-makers, including senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with enterprise software/SaaS solutions is highly preferred.
