Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled PHP & Laravel Developer to design, develop, and maintain web applications that meet our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP programming, expertise in the Laravel framework, and a passion for writing clean, efficient, and scalable code. You’ll work closely with our development team to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
- Design and implement database schemas, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team.
- Deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in PHP, Laravel, and web development technologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience in PHP development, with a strong focus on the Laravel framework.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in PHP, MySQL, and Laravel.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and deliver effective solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Education: A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Vue.js or React for front-end development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
